Whether getting an update on how far away my spouse so I know when to put dinner on, or knowing Ill be able to check my kids location if his motorcycle goes down... good app to have for the family!
It doesnt always update (not sure if thats the phone or the apps fault), but its the best solution Ive seen so far, so 5*!
Overall, I like a lot about this App. Knowing where my family members are is important to me and I like having places pop up when someone in my group arrives and leaves them. There is a major street that is a block away from our home, and it does get a bit annoying when a family member drives down that street & the App shows that they have arrived at our home. Perhaps co-ordinates should be shortened or something? Also, the App is behind sometimes and doesnt show a current location for individuals, but Im not sure that can be helped - it may just be delayed satellite?
Finally found a free and reliable locator program to use for my family. Tried others, but that was before. Now my search is complete. Great program!!!
I can find out were my family is and is really fast even though I have a slow device!
Is a very nice app. At first I thought it was going to be like the other similar apps but it works very well and you can also say when you want the other people to see your status. I like it a lot.
I have downloaded 6 GPS apps to test. I have deleted 4 due to lack of accuracy of location or lack of to lines of notifications. I am happy to say that this app has proven to be the most accurate. Im sure it will only get better with time!
Some bad moments
This is a wonderful idea...however when it works it works great.
Since the last update, every time I open app it crashes. Loved this app before!!
My family and I used to use this app. Now only my boyfriend and I use it. But it NEVER locates him, it takes days to locate him sometimes or to send me notifications about he getting somewhere or something. Im very very disappointed...
Not as reliable as I would like, often has delayed or incorrect location:(
I purchased the alarm, it work well but. It was expensive and only went on two phones in my family group. I had to pay additional price for my other daughter.
It has been good to have, but it could be much better!
App might be worth a dollar but monthly service fees are crazy.
We have a family account with the telekom. Premium with 6 phonecards and 2 numbers. But with Familo you can use only 2 cards because of the number restriction. The other 4 cards which share our 30GB internet flat europe premium cant be used with familo.
Verybad for a family with more then 1 child.
